Sending of Your Medical File

To profit from this service, please fill carefully the form with free estimate. Only the reasoned requests and accompanied by photographs will be taken into account and will be studied by our surgeons.
Three photographs colors (of face and profile) of the part of your body to be treated are necessary to make it possible to the surgeon to establish the diagnosis.
We can ask you, according to the type of desired intervention, to supplement your file using the form of medical antecedents.

N.B. : All communicated information will remain strictly confidential.

Diagnosis and Estimate

The surgeon will examine your file and will establish the diagnosis. He will be able, if he considers it necessary, to ask you further information by e-mail or telephone. You will receive, within 72 hour and by e-mail, the diagnosis of the surgeon, his references, and the amount of the estimate.
If the surgeon is not favorable to the operation, you will also receive his diagnosis with the reasons of this choice.

Your Agreement

After 7 days minimum time for consideration, you will be able to notify your agreement to us. During this time, we will remain at your disposal for any additional detail.

Organization of your voyage

We will contact you to fix the dates of your voyage and the date of the intervention, according to your availability and that of the medical team. You will carry out the reservation and will assure us the dates

You will receive:

• A detailed planning of your stay.
• Your go with the surgeon.
• Your go for the intervention.

We also ask you to carry out a preoperative assessment and to fill the mutual assent which you will give to the surgeon at the time of your 1st visit.

Arrival With the Airport of Tunis-Carthage

On your arrival, you will be accomodated (E) by your guide Health and Beauty, which will answer all your questions, will ensure your transfer to the hotel and will take care that you are well installed (E). It will also deal with the confirmation of your flight return.

Preoperative consultation

An appointment with your surgeon is arranged shortly after your arrival. The surgeon will check your medical file and will explain you the methods of the intervention. You will give the preoperative assessment and the signed mutual assent to him. The payment is made the intervention day before.

Surgical operation

The intervention will take place shortly after your preoperative consultation. Your guide Health and Beauty will accompany you the day by the operation to the private clinic to facilitate to you the procedure of admission and reception.

Postoperative follow-up

Your guide Health and Beauty will ensure your return to the hotel and will assist you during the postoperative period. It will be given the responsability to organize all the care necessary, ensured by the assistant of the surgeon or the surgeon himself in the private clinic.
A postoperative consultation with your surgeon will be agreed before your return.

The Return

Health and Beauty will ensure your transfer to the airport of Tunis Carthage.
Of return to you, we will remain at your disposal to answer all your questions.
