It consists in changing the shape of the nose according to the rational and considered request of the patient that should be  approved and advised by the surgeon.

The intervention

is held at the interior of the nose under general anesthesy, only the small intervention on the superficial parts of the nose can be made under local anesthesy.

Intervention consequences

the intervention is not painful, the splint is kept about ten days and the wicks two days during which breathing is done by the mouth. Bruises may appear around the eyes, it can be hidden by make-up after ablation of the splint. No scars are visible.
